It's been nearly two years since Lil Nas X released his debut album "MONTERO" and many fans are waiting for him to spill all the details regarding his upcoming music. More recently, the musician gave a slight hint without spoiling too much.

The "Call Me By Your Name" hitmaker attended the Clive Davis Pre-Grammy Gala over the weekend and spoke to Variety and the outlet attempted to get the juiciest information they could about the rapper's new record.

Although Lil Nas X, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, didn't give too many details about his forthcoming music as he wanted to keep it as a surprise to his fans so he's not going to share that much, the rapper said, "it's gonna eat, it's gonna be great you know me when it's my time to come out and pop out, I'm gonna come out and pop out." Concluding his interview, Lil Nas X confirmed that his new project is going to be great and it would be his "best era" yet in his entire career.

Even though it's been a while since his first album dropped, the rapper released two songs last year: "Late To Da Party" in collaboration with Youngboy Never Broke Again and "STAR WALKIN."
