In a now-deleted post on Instagram, Fox posted a selfie in her bathroom, wearing a strapless black top, and trousers, with a hot pink arm cast for her wrist injury.
Fans also speculated that Megan Fox was in danger after the photo, which also includes a poster for a domestic violence ad.
It is important to note that Megan Fox attended the Pre-Grammys gala last Feb. 4, 2023, with a broken wrist and a concussion. Although it has not been confirmed if the injuries were an accident or inflicted by Baker, fans have been speculating on this angle.

Shortly after the photo went viral, Megan Fox deleted her Instagram account and hasn't been heard from since.
The Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox Breakup rumors have been exacerbated after a source revealed to People Magazine that Fox was truly "very upset" with Machine Gun Kelly after having a fight with him over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox's engagement were reported to still not be called off following the huge fight, but Fox has already removed her ring.
The two were spotted hanging out at Drake's Super Bowl Party, where Megan Fox was seen wearing the same racy outfit she wore in the now-deleted and controversial photo on Instagram.

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox were spotted leaving a building in Agoura Hills, California, earlier today.
Daily Mail says that the two were seen entering the building, which was described to be a center for couple and marriage counseling specialists.
The two seemed to spend a day before Valentine's Day at couples therapy.
The outlet reports that the two left in separate cars and stayed there for approximately two and a half hours.
