Fall Out Boy New Era + Joe Trohman's Absence

The group is expected to perform their classic hits, as well as songs from their upcoming album "So Much (For) Stardust," which will be available for streaming and purchase on March 24.

Speaking to the outlet about the group's new record, Patrick Stump said he's just happy to spend time with his bandmates and hear the album after recording it.

Teasing fans about the next project's sound, the musician noted that it will not sound as similar to their previous releases because "it's not a throwback record."

"I didn't want to go back to a specific style, but I wanted to imagine what would it have sounded like if we had made a record right after 'Folie à Deux' [Fall Out Boy's divisive 2009 album] instead of taking a break for a few years," he noted.

In other updates, fans will be missing out on another member, Joe Trohman, as he previously announced he would be leaving the group to focus on his mental health.

Although it pains him to make the decision, he had to step away from Fall Out Boy, but he later assured fans he would "absolutely, one-hubdred percent" perform with the group again in the near future.
