GloRilla is having the time of her life as she gained significant prominence and following after her collaboration with Cardi B on "Tomorrow 2."

During her stop at the Irving Plaza in New York yesterday, Feb. 23, 2023, GloRilla brought the house down with her killer performances and surprise guests.

The first of her big surprises came in the form of her dear friend, fellow rapper Lola Brooke.

She was taking shots with the female rapper on the show, which she later brought out too.

GloRilla, Cardi B New York Performance

GloRilla, who was nominated for her first-ever Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance for "F.N.F. (Let's Go)," performed with Brooke on the said show.

Aside from Brooke, GloRilla also shocked everyone as she pulled out her biggest guest yet, Cardi B.

Cardi B and GloRilla famously collaborated on another banger hit of hers, "Tomorrow 2." The two have already linked up before for a performance of the said song at the 2022 American Music Awards, where she was nominated for Favorite Female Hip-hop Artist.

The song debuted at No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and No. 3 on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts.

GloRilla Driver Arrested in New York

But while they were busy celebrating inside the venue. TMZ recently learned that GloRilla's driver was busted outside the venue.

GloRilla's driver was arrested for unlawful gun possession.

Per the outlet, a man named Cameron Blackmon tipped off a metal detector inside the venue. Upon further observation, they found out that he was actually the rapper's driver.

He was seen in the driver's seat of a suburban, sitting on two semi-automatic pistols.

Blackmon was reported to have been booked for criminal possession of a firearm, ammunition, and even a switchblade. To make things worse, the authorities were relentless; they even served him a parking ticket for parking in a neutral zone in front of the building's plaza.

Meanwhile, fans of GlorRilla have expressed their worry and doubt about the encounter.

"HOW did they arrest him if he has a gun to protect himself from the opps and from the tyranny of the police?" a fan asked.

"Glorilla is still adjusting to fame but somebody had to tell her about how strict N.Y.C. is on guns and about the Hip Hop police stalking rappers," another suggested.

"I Think It's Safe To Safe Every Artist Needs Straight Security In New York Cause They Definitely Targeting Rappers," someone defended.

As of this writing, GloRilla has not yet addressed the issue.
