Mod Sun has been vocal about his breakup with Avril Lavigne over the past few weeks and he recently thanked his fans for saving his life amid his problems.
According to Billboard, the punk rocker recently performed at his concert in Los Angeles, California, where he spoke to fans in the middle of his set.
"Ya'll f****** saved my goddamn life for the last six weeks," he told concertgoers at the Fonda Theater.
He then gave friendly advice to the audience, saying if any of them are going through a hard time at the moment like heartbreak, anxiety, addiction, or depression, maybe it's just a negative voice in their heads.
"I want you to know the one thing I have learned in the last almost four years: Do not be afraid to ask for help... So, thank you for helping me. It's time for a new chapter," he added.
Mod Sun, Avril Lavigne Split
It's been more than a month since the two pop-punk musicians called off their engagement.
Mod Sun previously shared a cryptic post on his official Instagram account amid the split, saying his life completely changed in a week.

The singer added that he knows there's a plan for everything that he'd been through and in order for him to move forward, he will keep his head up and listen to his heart "even when it feels broken."
Details behind their break-up remains unknown, but insiders told a news outlet that there was no third-party involved.
Mod Sun, Avril Lavigne Relationship History
In early reports, the pair started having a professional relationship in 2021 when they worked on the song "Flames." Mod Sun was also heavily involved with the production of Avril Lavigne's album "Love Sux."
Fans speculated on their romance when they were seen having a double date with Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly at BOA Steakhouse in Los Angeles.
They later went public by sharing a photo on Instagram which shows the rocker kissing his girlfriend at the time. The pair also shared a kiss on the red carpet of the 2022 Grammy Awards.
Later that year, Mod Sun popped the question with a custom-designed, heart-shaped ring, making them an engaged couple.
Today, Avril Lavigne is rumored to be dating rapper Tyga after they were spotted being together over the past few weeks.
