Most recently, the festival organizers of Glastonbury Festival faced huge criticisms after their lineup did not feature any female headliners. Reports say that Taylor Swift and or Rihanna were tapped to become headliners but have later tapped out due to undisclosed reasons.

Some said that Swift could not perform in Glastonbury until she dropped all the re-recordings of her albums, while Rihanna's pregnancy forbade her from becoming a headliner, among many other reasons.
