Billboard Boxscore dropped the updated list of its Top 10 Tours of All Time

Billboard named the top 10 artists and musicians who made it to the highest-grossing tours, which have earned more than $400 million so far.

As of press time, here are the top shows that dominated the list.

Elton John's Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour

Securing the top spot, Elton John has the highest-grossing tour of all time after earning $853 million from its 293 shows of Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. Over 5.5 million fans have already attended the trek, even amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The amount contributed to his career earnings and made it reach $1.8 billion mark. This makes him the highest-grossing solo artist at the same time.

Ed Sheeran's The ÷ (Divide) Tour

Sheeran held 258 shows for his The ÷ (Divide) Tour and successfully broke U2's record in August 2019. Around 8.9 million fans watched the shows, earning him $776 million.

U2's 360° Tour

From being a second placer, U2 is now in third spot with $736 million in gross earnings from its 360° Tour. The trek, which lasted from 2011 to 2019, had 110 shows and 7.3 million total attendees.

Guns N' Roses' Not in This Lifetime... Tour

The band's Not in This Lifetime... Tour served as its comeback tour, and it did not disappoint after it earned $584 million from its 158 shows.

The Rolling Stones' A Bigger Bang Tour

As one of the most renowned bands in the world, A Bigger Bang Tour made $558 million for The Rolling Stones within its 111 shows. It is also the oldest tour on the list, as it began in 2005.

The Rolling Stones' No Filter Tour

The Rolling Stones proved its power by being the only music act on the list to secure two slots with its No Filter Tour. Although it is the shortest trek on the list, with only 58 shows, the band grossed $547 million after performing in front of 2.9 million fans.

Coldplay's A Head Full of Dreams Tour

Coldplay ranks 7th after its 115-show trek garnered $524 million. It bested its previous record from its Mylo Xyloto Tour.

Roger Waters' The Wall Live

After over 15 years of having no tour, Waters savored his fans' love and support when he launched the 219 shows under his The Wall Live tour. It earned $459 million for the musician.

AC/DC's Black Ice World Tour

AC/DC's Black Ice World Tour is in ninth place after the band had $442 million gross earnings from its comeback tour.

Harry Styles's Love on Tour

The ongoing Love on Tour might help Styles to rank up on the list as it can possibly overtake other artists. As of press time, it already has $418 million in gross earnings. The former One Direction member still has one last leg in Europe.
