It was a big day for Country music star Blake Shelton as he was finally given his own star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

The singer's ceremony came days before his final episode on "The Voice" will be aired. Shelton, after 21 years, will be finally retiring his coach chair to focus on his family. Elsewhere during the ceremony, he has again spoken fondly of his wife Gwen Stefani, whom she met at the reality singing competition.

Blake Shelton Hollywood Walk of Fame

Blake Shelton has always been a sweetheart for many. Hailed as one of the biggest country music stars in the United States, the Oklahoma native captured everyone's hearts with his undeniable charisma and iconic voice.

Shelton, in his speech, gave his flowers to his wife as he was never lost for words of affirmation for her.

"I kind of stopped checking things off my list of great accomplishments in my life when I married Gwen, so this is just icing on the cake. I love you so much, and that's the great thing that's happened along this journey," he sweetly said.

Shelton is leaving "The Voice" after more than 20 seasons. He said that he would want to focus on his life right now, specifically on his family, so relieving his commitment to the show is a must to prioritize things moving forward.

Meanwhile, Stefani, who was surely in attendance, never faltered in getting back with kind words to her husband. For her, Shelton is "humble," "genuine," and always recognizable in every place they go to.

"Blake, you are a rare human being. The reason Blake Shelton is here today on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is because you are part of the country dream, the Hollywood dream and you are part of the American Dream," she continued.
