Just after Kelly Clarkson gushed over wanting to marry Steven Tyler when she was young, Country music superstar Garth Brooks casually revealed that he once showered with the Aerosmith vocalist.
Brooks graced "The Kelly Clarkson Show" and played "Rockstar Roulette" with the Grammy and Emmy-winning host and singer.
Garth Brooks Showered With Aerosmith's Steven Tyler?
When the roulette pointed to Aerosmith, Kelly Clarkson asked the music icon if he knows any songs from Aerosmith.
But just as Brooks was about to respond, Clarkson confessed to something she did as a teenager.
"Now, I thought I was gonna marry Steven Tyler," Clarkson gushed as she hides herself in her hair in shyness. "I was like 'yatatatatatat' all the time like everywhere. I had a fan in my bedroom."
Asked if he had an Aerosmith song, Brooks casually dropped a bombshell that he showered with Steven Tyler once.
"I showered with him!" he recounted. "We were playing the Last Play at Shea Billy Joel, they're getting ready to tear down Shea Stadium in New York and I go out there and I'm late anyway, and they just have the baseball showers."
The "Standing Outside The Fire" hitmaker recalled having soap in his eyes and as he looked around, Tyler was in another cubicle:
"He's showering too. 'Hey, how ya doin'?' And so it was just... How many people get to say that?"
Amused with the story, Clarkson jokingly burst Brooks' bubble and said that the encounter "might not be so special" after all but he remained unfazed, even describing that Tyler was a "beautiful cat" and the moment was "great."

Brooks and Tyler haven't crossed paths formally for a performance but they had some encounters in the past.
At the 2014 CMA Awards, Tyler and Brooks posed for a photo backstage. Brooks, on the other hand, covered their song "Fever" and retitled it to "The Fever" in another version of the song.
As for Steven Tyler, he was recently alleged to have sexually assaulted a minor. Tyler countersued, saying that the relationship was "consensual" and it did not cause harm to the plaintiff. He also asked for the dismissal of the case.
