Lady Gaga is a jack of all trades: she is a singer and actress, plus she owns a beauty brand line.

So when she announced that she has something coming up tomorrow, fans are not exactly sure what to make of the news.

According to reports, the singer shared a video of herself, holding a cup of tea on Instagram with the caption, "Having a cuppa in celebration of something exciting coming tomorrow."

This is the second video Lady Gaga has shared in a week, and fans are already speculating.

Fan Theories

Fans took to the comment section of the announcement to share their thoughts on what they think the surprise might be.

Some fans think that it might be another Haus Labs makeup launch, much to their dismay because apparently there are not a few of them who are interested in another round of makeup releases from the "Rain on Me" singer.

"Please God enough with makeup," a fan reportedly commented.

"The lipstick didn't transfer to the teacup so [probably] something related to that," another wrote.

"I swear if it's a Haus Labs announcement mother I'm gonna be mad."

However, on the other hand, others speculate that the special announcement might be some sort of celebration for the singer's sophomore studio album, "Born This Way."

The album was released on May 23, 2011, 12 years ago, and was co-written and co-produced by Lady Gaga, Fernando Garibay, and RedOne.

"Born This Way" is both a controversial and iconic album, as Lady Gaga openly touches on topics related to the LGBTQIA+ community, religion, feminism, and more.

It had six singles: the title track "Born This Way," "Judas," "The Edge of Glory," "You and I," "Marry the Nights," and the now-iconic "Bloody Mary."

"Born This Way" was well received by music critics and earned three Grammy Award nominations.

Another fan theory going around is that the surprise announcement might be a new Beyonce collab.

The singer's first collab with Beyonce was back in the early 2000s for the song "Telephone."

According to reports, the song was originally intended for Britney Spears, and when the song was not used, Lady Gaga tried to get the "Toxic" singer to duet it with her, however, it also did not push through.

'Unrecognizable'

While all the fans are excited, hoping for new music, other fans are worried about the "Shallow" singer.

In her first video shared online, she was seen holding a bunch of lipsticks and dancing to a Beyonce song-which sparked the collab rumors-and many noticed that the singer looked a little different.

According to reports, fans went as far as to say that the singer looked unrecognizable!

"This might not be Lady Gaga? Am I Crazy?" a fan wrote.
