KISS was supposed to be performing at the Home Park Stadium in Plymouth, England next Saturday, Jun. 3, 2023. However, an announcement from the site says otherwise, citing a huge problem as the reason for the cancellation.

Supposedly the rock band is going to kick start their UK tour as part of the "End Of The Road" world tour.

KISS Cancels Plymouth Concert, UK Opener

According to NME, the show was supposed to be KISS vocalist Gene Simmons and the band's last-ever appearance and outing as a group in the United Kingdom.

They were supposed to start their show at the Home Park Stadium in Plymouth. However, the website of the venue shows an announcement about the concert's cancellation.

"Sadly, KISS and Robomagic, the show's promoter, have today announced that they are having to cancel the opening night of the upcoming KISS UK tour," the statement read.

Apparently, there were some "travel, equipment and logistical complications" that led to the cancellation of the opening tour at the venue.

As for the tickets, the venue announced that concertgoers can refund or exchange theirs for any other shows in the UK. They have also been asked to contact their point of purchase for any other related information.

"Home Park are disappointed but understand the logistical constraints and wish the band all the best for the rest of the tour," the statement read.

One of the group's spokesperson echoed and confirmed the cancellation in another statement. Read their message below:

"We are really sorry to hear that KISS can no longer perform at Home Park Stadium this summer."
