On the other hand, Vasquez, the band's drummer, took to his official Facebook account to share photos of the late musician as well as a short caption confirming his death.

"I was notified this evening of the passing of one of my best friends, Mark Adams. He played bass for Saint Vitus and was a great supportive and loyal friend to the end."

It appears that Adams also suffered from a medical condition prior to his death as the drummer noted that it was hard for him to witness his friend "suffer from Parkinson [disease]."

However, the late bassist's family has not confirmed whether his death was connected to the said condition.
