Noel Gallagher and his younger brother Liam have been in a feud for many years now, and it seems like this is no different.

According to reports, the issue began when an English rock band named Breezer used artificial intelligence to merge Liam Gallagher's vocals with their own to make Oasis-inspired songs.

"F**king embarrassing," Gallagher told Spin when asked about Oasis songs using AI-generated music. "I just think people clearly have too much time and money on their hands if they're fucking around with that for a laugh.

"I mean, who wants to fucking hear Ringo Starr singing 'She's Electric' and Freddie Mercury singing 'Don't Look Back in Anger?' Life's too short for that shit."

AI-Generated Music

Gallagher is but one of many artists who are worried about the rise of AI-generated music in recent years.

"AI will be the final nail in the coffin of music," Gallagher said. "I'm sure that the major record labels are now working on the technology to copyright it and machines will write music."

A month ago, a mysterious and anonymous creator uploaded an AI-generated collab between Drake and The Weeknd called "Heart on My Sleeve."

The song is, in fact, an original; and a few weeks later, the creator struck again and released another AI-generated collab between Rihanna and Bad Bunny called "Por Que."

"Why hire a songwriter when you can own a machine to do it? Then Harry Styles can pump out Harry Styles music for the rest of his fucking life."

Oasis Reunion

While the Oasis reunion may seem very unlikely now, given that the Gallagher brothers are feuding, it looks like the beef is not going to be over any time soon.

Talks of a reunion have been going on for many years now, with each brother sharing their terms and demands from each other.

"Well, I put it out there. [Liam] won't call... I mean, he should call me, because he's like, he's forever going on about it. You'd have thought by now, he'd have some kind of plan," the younger Gallagher said.

"He doesn't have to speak to me. He won't speak to me, he's a coward. So he should get some of his people, his agent, to call my people and say, 'Look, this is what we're thinking.' And then we'll have a conversation about it. Until then, he's being a little bit disingenuous."

However, with AI-generated music, Oasis can push through with releasing new music or even perform without the need to have both siblings reconcile.
