In the wake of a very public court battle with her former spouse Johnny Depp, it appears that actress Amber Heard is now primed to come forward and make her voice heard on the matter.

This could manifest in the form of an explosive tell-all account revealing her truth.

With the public captivated by news of the former couple's defamation trial and shocked to discover the palpable animosity between them, it has been said that Amber Heard is now asking a fee of fifteen million dollars for her account of their marriage.

From 2015 to 2017, the former couple were married for two years.

Recently, the blonde beauty denied rumors of her leaving Hollywood and confirmed that she has lived in Spain since last year.

When asked by a local reporter about her intentions to stay, Amber replied with an enthusiastic "I hope so. I love living here."

It looks as though she has been settled in Spain for a reasonable amount of time.

A source revealed to Radar Online that despite the online harassment and death threats endured during the trial with the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor, Amber's determination to have her voice heard remains unwavering.

"Her position is that despite everything, her story needs to be told," they said. "The treatment meted out to her was nothing short of awful."

The insider continued, noting that Amber has grown increasingly furious with how people have characterized her as a "liar" while her ex continues to succeed.

Making a comeback to the public eye, Johnny Depp recently inked an unprecedented fragrance agreement and graced the red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival 2023 with his French-language movie, "Jeanne du Barry."

After the trial's completion, Johnny was rewarded handsomely with $10 million in compensatory damages and an additional $5 million in punitive damages - though this was later reduced to a legal cap of $350,000.

Meanwhile, Amber Heard received a sum of $2 million for her counterclaim.

One month after filing her notice of appeal, Amber faced a difficult decision - whether to withdraw her filing or not.

Ultimately, she settled and chose to move on from the situation. With an optimistic outlook, the "Rum Diary" star looked towards other film projects as a way of progressing onwards.

As she aptly put it in a TikTok video that quickly went viral, "That's life."
