Diana Ross just turned 79, and she is celebrating her birthday in a huge way-with her fans at Radio City Music Hall, performing some of the most iconic and greatest hits.

"You know I'm 79 years old, right?" Ross asked her audience as she walked across the stage. "This is audience participation - not TV where you watch the screen."

While the Motown legend dazzled and left her audience in complete awe, she did, however, arrive at her show's venue all masked up, and even wore a plastic face shield, the Daily Mail UK reported,

The singer's extra layer of protection and precaution confused fans, after all, masks are pretty much extinct at this point; it caused fans to wonder if Ross' health is declining.

Diana Ross' Health

Despite her age, Ross is still very much at the top of her game. She still has the strength and ability to perform her chart-topping hits and show off her flawless vocals from time to time.

During her recent concert, the singer performed her version of "Ain't No Mountain High" and several classics from her stint with The Supremes, "Come See About Me," "Reflections," "You Can't Hurry Love" and "Love Child."

According to reports, she also performed several songs that she has not sung in many years like "Mirror, Mirror," "I'm Still Waiting," and more.

She is still able to do all of this because Ross prioritizes her health above all else.

"I try to take care of my health and keep my life in order," Ross explained in an interview last year. "In the last few years, I've really had to decide what's important to me, and it seems to me that my family and my health are top on the list."
