The Weeknd is going back to his roots in the new music video for his latest music video, "King of the Fall." Yesterday (Aug. 28), the R&B crooner released the melancholy clip, featuring himself wandering the streets of his hometown Toronto as the day passes him by.

Playing off the song lyrics "I be going all night in my hometown," The Weeknd (a.k.a., Abei Tesfaye) walks through the city streets, passing by store fronts, pretty women, basketball courts and parties, all while looking like he doesn't really want to be there.

As the video reveals the seedy underbelly of Toronto, it also feels as though we learn what makes The Weeknd tick... surrounding himself with other people.
