Jennifer Lopez is considering having a postnup agreement with her husband, Ben Affleck, amid their rocky marriage, a report claimed.
Affleck and Lopez will celebrate their first wedding anniversary through a reported renewal of vows this summer after taking their second chances and reconciling in 2021. For what it's worth, they first got engaged in 2004 but called it quits and moved on with different partners.
Although they opted not to have a prenup agreement, the singer-actress is reportedly planning to create a postnup agreement amid her "rocky marriage" with Affleck.

The Mirror cited a source's statement to Heat who claimed that Lopez wants her and Affleck to sign a postnup agreement since she has more to lose if ever their marriage fails to last than they expected.
"Jen's got more to lose than Ben, and while she trusts in her gut that he wouldn't try to take her to the cleaners," the insider said. "There's a 'better safe than sorry' vibe, especially with so much on the line."
In comparison, the "Ain't Your Mama" has a net worth of $400 million, while the "Justice League" actor has $200 million.
The insider noted that the agreement is not uncommon for Hollywood couples, especially after going through the first or second year of marriage. The source added that their experience with divorces from their past partners made them avoid having a money battle in the future if they, unfortunately, give up amid the rough patch.
The postnup agreement rumors intensified after a body language expert claimed they spotted tension between the couple on Tuesday when they were celebrating the Fourth of July at Michael Rubin's party. Bennifer reportedly looked tense and unhappy, leading the public to theorize whether they have been having marriage troubles already.
This, however, should be taken with a grain of salt as the "Let's Get Loud" hitmaker has been publicly sharing her happy marriage with Affleck.
