At 56 years old, Miley Cyrus' mother already appeared slim while attending her bachelorette party with close friends in Italy alongside fiance Dominic Purcell, 53, who is currently filming there.
Radar Online was told by its informants that while Tish has always been slender, her current level of thinness is causing alarm to her two daughters - Brandi, age 36, and Miley, age 30.
Rumors are abounding about her extreme dieting for her upcoming wedding.
An inside source claims that "juicing, fasting one day a week, exercising for three hours, and sweating out toxins in saunas" are all part of the plan.
It is clear to many that achieving a size 00 is what's driving her, despite concerns from those around her.
The source further revealed that Tish is very particular about what goes in her stomach.
"Tish seems to think that to be a Perfect 10, there are certain restrictions on her diet," they said.
Even though Dominic loves her just the way that he is, it appears as though this rigid attitude towards food might make their wedding day look drastically different from how it's envisioned.
In April, Tish shared her engagement to the "Prison Break" actor, coming one year after her divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus was filed.
She and the "Achy Breaky Heart" singer had been married for a total of 28 years before she chose to end their marriage.
The official paperwork listed "irreconcilable differences" as the cause of the divorce.
Contrary to Tish's seemingly speedy engagement, Billy Ray acted even more quickly when it came to proposing to Firerose.
The Australian singer, who is in her twenties, became the country crooner's fiancee after he put a ring on her finger in November of this year.
Meanwhile, it isn't just Tish and Billy Ray that are getting married to their respective partners.
Tish believes her younger daughter's Noah's partner Pinkus is "ideal" due to his unwavering encouragement of her.
She has been reassured by his loyalty and expressed that he knows how to be there for her.
A confidant spoke to Us Weekly of the couple, noting that Tish considers Noah perfect for her: "He has proven time and again that he will stick by her side, no matter what."
The insider further revealed that the two were busy making preparations for their nuptials. They also shared recently that a month ago, Pinkus submitted an offer to design Noah's dress. It is said to be very special and one of a kind.
