Ariana Grande has been making headlines over the past week as she reportedly filed for divorce from her estranged husband Dalton Gomez. More recently, it seems like the pop star hinted at her separation months before the news broke out; what did she do?

According to Page Six, the "Positions" hitmaker liked several posts containing emotional quotes from psychotherapist Terri Cole's Instagram page.

One of the posts she dropped a heart reaction on was the quote, "never again will I be in a relationship with someone I fear."

The outlet noted that it's not clear when the musician liked the post itself, but Cole shared the photo with her followers in January 2023, around the same time when the couple reportedly separated.

Another quote that she liked was, "self-abandonment in service of your relationship," as well as leaving "people and situations that threaten your peace of mind [and] self-respect and communication as a 'love language.'"

What Happened to Ariana Grande, Dalton Gomez?

According to UsWeekly Magazine, Grande and her luxury real estate agent husband Dalton Gomez are divorcing, two years after they tied the knot in an intimate wedding in her home.

A source told the outlet that the couple have been having some issues for months and there were even issues before she flew to London to film the movie "Wicked" with Cynthia Erivo.

"The distance did not help. They haven't been speaking and are separated, and a divorce is likely," the source added.

The news started circulating when the musician was spotted without her wedding ring when she watched a game at Wimbledon last weekend.

"Unfortunately, they hit a rough patch a few months ago and haven't been able to recover," the insider noted.

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez shared their relationship with the world in early 2020 and got engaged the same year. They later tied the knot in May 2021.
