Fans have been waiting for Disturbed to perform at their concert in Phoenix, Arizona, for months as they already got tickets for the show, but unfortunately, the group had to cancel their appearance; what happened?

According to Loudwire, the rockers were scheduled to play in thecity on July 22, 2023, but they had to postpone the music event due to extreme hear in the Valley of the Sun.

Aside from the temperatures around the area being dangerous for concertgoers and members of the band themselves, the heat also caused some of their musical gear and equipment to malfunction.

"Tonight's Disturbed show will be postponed. Due to the excessive heat, the band's equipment is not working properly," they said in a statement.

Disturbed Tour Phoenix: When Will the Show be Rescheduled?

The temperature reportedly reached 115 degrees Farenheit that day. This wasn't the first time Arizona experienced such weather condition as it could also take several days this month.

For those who already bought tickets for the show, the band noted that fans should hold on to their passes.

Unfortunately, the group has yet to share an official date, but they assured ticketholders that the show will be rescheduled.
