Earlier this August 2023, news broke out that Lizzo has been sued by three of her former dancers for alleged sexual assault and a hostile work environment, among many other scathing allegations.

However, that didn't seem to faze the Grammy-winning singer as she returns back to the studio to create more music.

Lizzo New Music 2023 Coming Despite Scathing Lawsuit

Lizzo fans have expressed their disappointment online toward their idol as she became the subject of a scathing lawsuit that painted her out to be the exact opposite of what she is championing.

Among the accusations that were thrown at her was that she was a weight shamer. Considering that she built her platform and her advocacy on body positivity, it was very surprising to hear that Lizzo was the first to cast the stone to her very own plus-size dancers, who helped her get her first Emmy Award for "Lizzo and the Big Grrrls."

Very recently, Lizzo was spotted near a Hollywood Studio in Los Angeles, California.

Page Six got a chance to talk to Lizzo for a short while.

"I'm good, I'm good," she told the reporters, "I'm in the studio right now."

The outlet noted that Lizzo was not keeping it down low despite the drama on the said damaging lawsuit. She sported silver above-the-knee boots with an oversized white shirt from Yitty, her own plus-size brand.

As of this writing, new developments on Lizzo's lawsuit were mum, but it was reported that many have come forward to attest to the abuse and hostile work environment that was accused of her. She and her dance captain Shirlene Quigley was named on the lawsuit.

Lizzo Dropped Out of Super Bowl Consideration

A source from The New York Post revealed that Lizzo was dropped from the consideration of being a headliner for the 2024 Super Bowl Halftime Show.
