Sage Francis recently finished up the North American leg of his Copper Gone Tour, and he's still thirsting for shows.

The indie rapper announced an international tour on Tuesday morning with the following Facebook post:

"If you noticed that I haven't hopped on every political issue in the news lately, pardon me," Francis wrote. "It's not that I have no opinion on every tidbit of information that the 24hr news cycle spits at us, but preparing for a world tour while we seem to be on the cusp of WW3 isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Flights, trains, and hotels have all been booked. I booked it all and paid for it all. Now if everyone could manage to get along that would really be great, because Uncle Frank would really just like to speak to the people in peace. Thanks. Hope to see you soon."

Francis, the founder of Strange Famous Records, released his sixth studio album, Copper Gone, in June.
