Now, the details of Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner's prenup have surfaced on social media, thanks to several insiders.

According to The Blast insiders, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's prenup agreement was "ironclad."
Since both artists were affluent prior to their marriage, they decided to sign a prenuptial agreement.
Based on the now unearthed details, Jonas will "keep all of his royalties from the music" with The Jonas Brothers and those he made with DNCE. On the other hand, Turner will keep all her residuals from "Game of Thrones" and any other show she's been with after.
As for their real estate properties, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's prenup agreement covered it too. All properties purchased or obtained prior to the agreement being signed will be returned to the respective owners, while the marital home, the one they purchased after the wedding will be split.
However, as of this writing, it is not known yet whether they will sell it. Most divorced Hollywood couples split their properties by selling them.
As for their rights to their "image and likeness and business," each artist will keep it too.
"It seems like a no-brainer, but it's increasingly being discussed considering the fame attached to actors and musicians can be worth a tremendous amount of money," the source added.

In the state of California, no one can "pre-negotiate" in a prenuptial agreement where the kids will go after divorce. They noted that a judge would ultimately decide who gets custody and how much the other would pay for child support.
Very recently, TMZ reported that Joe Jonas has already filed the paperwork for his divorce. The report also confirmed the outlet's tidbit about where the kids were staying. Apparently, the two kids, aged 3 and 1, have been with their father since he started touring North America with his brothers.
The outlet also reported that Jonas' divorce docs, ask a judge to "establish a parenting plan between him and Sophie that allows for frequent and continuing contact with both parties."
