The Oak Ridge Boys will call it a career through their upcoming "American Made: Farewell Tour", the members confirmed.

Members William Lee Golden, Duane Allen, Joe Bonsall and Richard Sterban will celebrate the band's 50th anniversary of their debut in October, and their fans will be part of the celebration through the farewell tour.

What The Oak Ridge Boys Members Feel About Farewell Tour

In an exclusive interview with Billboard, the members spoke candidly about their upcoming Farewell Tour and shared that they have a lot of people they want to share goodbye to.

"It's all the people that supported you along the way, the ones that called the radio stations, the one that come and bought tickets to see us sing and sat in the rain with the rest of us while we were able to play and sing music," Golden said. "It's a lot of emotions, because we, as the Oak Ridge Boys are a family."

He also noted that the members spent more time together as a family over the past few years.

Meanwhile, Bonsall estimated that they would only play around 50 to 60 shows in 2024 compared to their 140 dates in 2022 and 120 dates this year.

Sterban, on the other hand, extended his gratitude toward his bandmates, who he also called his "best friends." He invited their fans to the tour as they call it a celebration.
