Having filed for divorce, the court commanded Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner to abstain from insulting each other and questioning their children about either parent's private life.

Specifically, they were instructed to avoid "disparaging remarks" towards one another.

Per The Mirror, an order by a court ruling, any negative feelings between parents mustn't be exposed to their children.

They have every right to stay shielded from such situations and must be encouraged to show love and respect towards both of them.

The court ruling further stipulates that Joe and Sophie must always treat one another with politeness and respect.

Furthermore, when discussing the matter with their children, both parties should ensure that the conversation is conducted in a manner appropriate to their age and level of maturity.

In an official petition presented by Sophie to the court, she alleged that Joe had filed for divorce on Sept 1 without informing her until media coverage of the event on Sept 5.

As a result of this, Sophie requested the court to order Joe to return their children to England and grant her custody so they could return home.

An order by a Florida court has established a limitation on where Sophie and Joe's children can move to following their divorce.

"This order restricts both parents from relocating their children."

In her New York petition, it has been alleged that Joe is denying her access to their children's passports and that they are legitimately residing in England.

Joe's lawyer responded with a statement: "[Sophie] requested, via this filing, for Joe to turn over the children's passports for them to be removed from the country immediately; however, should he honor such a demand, he would then be in breach of the court ruling made by Florida."
