Taylor Swift's fans, Swifties, believe the singer predicted Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's split.
Swift and Jonas dated in 2008, but she soon confirmed during her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that the Jonas Brothers member called it quits in a 27-second callback in October 2008. They went on to date different people, with Jonas marrying Turner - but filing for divorce from her after welcoming their second child.
After the "Camp Rock" actor's split from Turner, Swifties started spreading the theory that the "Lover" hitmaker predicted the estranged couple's breakup through her song, "Vigilante S---."

The song in question, which was part of her 2022 hit album, "Midnights," received attention recently as Swift spent time with Turner after the divorce filing.
For what it's worth, the track has the lyrics: "She needed cold hard proof so I gave her some / She had the envelope, where you think she got it from? / Now she gets the house, gets the kids, gets the pride / Picture me thick as thieves with your ex-wife."
According to fans, the "Lavender Haze" singer was a fortune teller for predicting that Jonas and Turner's divorce was coming.
One said, "She wrote the song knowing what was ahead - I love it."
"So is this the first time she writes a song before it happens - she knew y'all would connect the song," another added.

Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner Met After Joe Jonas' Divorce Filing
Swift and Turner rocked the internet when they were spotted having a girls' night in New York City. Photos of the pair emerged, showing them linking arms as they walked to Temple Bar on Lafayette Street.
They followed it up with a new outing two days later at Barrière Fouquet Hotel with Este, Danielle and Alana Haim.
Their public appearance came after Turner filed a lawsuit against Jonas alleging wrongful retention of their two children, which the male singer has since called "misleading."
