Liam Payne made his first-ever appearance after his sudden hospitalization.
The former One Direction member enjoyed a trip to Lake Como in Italy with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, in September. A few hours later, The Sun confirmed he was rushed to a hospital due to an agonizing pain in his kidney and received treatments for the undisclosed health issue.
Cassidy's Instagram page also received comments from Payne's fans urging her to leave him alone through the #FreeLiam comments.
Nearly a month later, the musician made his first-ever public appearance that took fans' worries away.

Daily Mail shared a new set of photos of Payne when he stepped out for lunch at L'Avenue in Paris.
On Monday, October 2, the 30-year-old singer made an appearance and looked like he had recovered from his health issue already. He donned an all-black ensemble and paired it with black sunglasses and a flashy gold watch.
The "Strip That Down" singer sparked concerns when the news about his hospitalization emerged. His mother, Karen Payne, told Daily Mail that she felt helpless while her son stayed in a Milan hospital that is far away from her.
"We are all worried sick about it, but we just have to get on," she said. "It's horrible - him being all the way over there."
Karen expressed her hopes that her son would recover from it - and he did.
Meanwhile, sources close to Payne's ex Cheryl, said that she found the situation hard because she wanted him to be well and healthy again.
"It's very hard for Cheryl - she feels upset about it," said the insider. "She is worried and concerned for Liam because he's Bear's dad and she wants him to be the best dad he can be."

Following Payne's hospitalization, one of his friends told The Sun that his issue was not surprising at all because they had seen his lifestyle in a downward spiral for a while. The unnamed friend added that he has been partying since One Direction's hiatus, sharing that the lack of restrictions led him to commit to unhealthy habits.
Previously, Payne himself made a similar statement when he told Columbia's W Radio that his time with One Direction left scars on him.
