On the two-hour NBC show The Voice on Monday, John Legend was taken aback when he saw singer Talakai, who had an uncanny resemblance to him.

'I'm looking at myself,' John Legend, 44, said. 'Like a taller, more handsome person of myself onstage.'

Before taking the stage, Sacramento native Talakai, 34, expressed his desire to be on Team Legend, citing the number of people who have told him he looks like the Grammy-winning singer who recently renewed his marriage to wife Chrissy Teigen.

Talakai further disclosed that he was abused both physically and psychologically while living in multiple foster homes following the death of his grandparents when he was ten years old.

He was ultimately adopted by the mother of a close friend after being kicked out of one foster home for returning after curfew. He claimed that the love he received from his adopted mother transformed his life.

Stay With Me by Sam Smith was sung by Talakai.

Talakai chose John as his coach even though both John and the new coach, 68-year-old Reba McEntire, turned their seats for him.

John exclaimed, "I have to take a selfie with him."

John exclaimed, "I've got my twin on my side."

"I've finally found my long-lost twin," John exclaimed.

Niall Horan, 30, remarked, "He had the height you always wanted."

John remarked, "He was the me I dreamed of."

In the third segment of the Blind Auditions, Bluffton, South Carolina resident Stee, 34, took the stage and admitted that he was anxious about performing without his band. He sung the smash song "Sugar" by Maroon 5.

The four coaches pivoted, but Niall recognized that John had obstructed his path.

Niall remarked, "I don't have a chance, but I'll steal you at some point."

John was informed by Stee that his cousin Matthew, who was his biggest admirer, had died three weeks prior, and that Stee would be spending his whole show honoring him. John was chosen by Stee to be his coach.

The 32-year-old Chechi Sarai of Pontiac, Michigan, went next. She claimed to be a first-generation American and that although she had first intended to study medicine, her actual passion was music. In a matter of seconds, all the judges turned around as she sang "Lovin' You."

Meanwhile, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen reaffirmed their vows. In the same place where they exchanged vows ten years prior, the couple, who had welcomed their fourth child, reaffirmed their commitment.

The 37-year-old model and the 44-year-old singer were spotted traveling by boat to the five-star Villa Passalacqua in Lake Como, Italy. The "bride" looked stunning in a long-sleeved, sheer black lace gown by Zuhair Murad Couture with ruffled shoulder details and a structured waist. She wore her brunette hair in loose waves, which she appeared to be trying to hold in place by crouching down on the boat in the face of strong gusts. The "All of Me" singer, meanwhile, looked sharp in a white suit jacket that he wore with black pants and a sophisticated bow tie.
