According to Pop Crave, Warren received a bouquet of flowers from Swift herself with a sweet letter. In the photo, a note could be seen placed on top of the elegant white flower arrangement.

The note reads: "Diane, It was a dream come true to write with you. I hope you love "Say Don't Go" as much as I do!! Sending the biggest hug to you! Love, Taylor."

In the caption of her post, Warren said she just got the flowers from the singer. She added: "If U want to know why she is the biggest artist on the planet, this kind of kind gesture is one more reason why."
