On vacation, it was clear that something had grabbed the attention of Justin Timberlake, with reports circulating of strong criticism being directed at him due to comments made by ex-girlfriend Britney Spears in her recently released biography, "The Woman In Me."

Images taken on Wednesday and obtained by the Daily Mail show the NSYNC member engrossed with his cell phone during a vacation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, that he was taking with his family.

Before stepping out with his family, Justin seemed a bit anxious. Accompanying him was his wife, Jessica Biel, and their two sons - Silas, 8, and Phineas, 2.

Concealing his identity with a green bucket hat, blue T-shirt, and sunglasses, the 42-year-old actor-singer cut a casual figure wearing white athletic shorts.

As the sun shone brightly, his wife Jessica Biel was making the most of her day with a leisurely swim.

The talented actress, 41, could be seen sporting a stunning black-and-white striped bikini as she enjoyed a dip in the pool.

Not to be outdone, Justin opted for an afternoon of golfing instead.

Justin went to Cabo on Monday, according to the Daily Mail.

This marked his first outing since Britney Spears unveiled her book "The Woman in Me" last month.

As detailed in her memoir, Britney experienced a three-year relationship with Justin from 1999-2002.

During that time, the "Baby One More Time" singer claimed she was forced to have an abortion after the "Cry Me A River" singer allegedly declared he did not "want to be a father."

At 19 years of age at the time, Britney recollected sobbing during what she called an "excruciating" procedure that took place inside her own home.

"It was important that no one find out about the pregnancy or the abortion, which meant doing everything at home," the "Toxic" singer revealed in the book.

"It took hours, and I don't remember how it ended, but I do, twenty years later, remember the pain of it and the fear."

Justin Timberlake Makes Bold Move

In response to the backlash from his ex-girlfriend Britney Spears' new memoir, "The Woman in Me," Justin Timberlake was forced to step away from it all.

According to a source who spoke with Page Six, the NSYNC member made the difficult decision to turn off his social media accounts' comments due to the amount of hateful messages he was receiving.

The "Señorita" hitmaker has kept silent regarding the bestselling book, but sources say he is displeased by it.

Reports indicate that he hasn't contacted Britney in regard to this matter and doesn't intend to either. A source told the Daily Mail Tuesday that there was nothing for him to say.

"Justin is not happy about what has come out in this book."
