Reports surfaced that those close to Ariana Grande are reportedly scared that she is quickly moving on from her relationship with Ethan Slater.
This is taking place before the finalization of her divorce from former husband Dalton Gomez.
It had been a whirlwind romance for Ariana and Dalton, with the two getting married in 2021. Alas, it was not meant to last, as they separated only two years later.
In the aftermath of this news, there were reports that the "Thank U Next" singer had struck up a relationship with Ethan on the set of "Wicked."
Just before their breakup became known in July, Ethan lodged paperwork to divorce his partner, Lilly Jay - also that same month.
A confidant told the National Enquirer that Ariana tends to dive headfirst into relationships.
"Everyone is cautioning her from jumping too fast, yet she just can't seem to remain single for an extended duration," they said.
Rumblings of Ariana's closest friends emerged following rumors that she was being extra cautious with her latest relationship.
The pop star had asked those closest to her not to talk about her and Ethan's budding romance until both had legally finished their divorces.
Radar Online also recently declared that Ariana Grande had reached the end of her divorce process from Dalton, with the singer paying out a lump sum of $1.25 million and avoiding spousal support payments - something she had asked all her friends to keep quiet about until it was finalized.
An insider for the outlet commented on the situation, noting that "Ariana has asked all her friends not to talk about it - at least not until both of them are officially divorced."
Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez submitted to the court that February 20, 2023, was the date of their separation, also recorded on his filing.

As part of their agreement, the former couple allowed Dalton access to their Los Angeles house for 30 days without paying rent. Furthermore, when it comes time to list the property for sale, they will share half of its net profits.
