Ozzy Osbourne renewed the worries surrounding him following his recent outing.

Before undergoing surgery on his neck, Osbourne announced that it would be his final procedure because he "couldn't do it anymore." The Prince of Darkness added that he would not do it again regardless of what happens next.

While he survived the treatment and felt better again, he made his fans worried again after his recent public appearance.

Ozzy Osbourne "Frail" During Recent Appearance

On Tuesday, November 14, Osbourne was pictured being pushed around in a wheelchair as he left a building in Santa Monica, Calif. This led eyewitnesses to assume that his mobility declined even more after the surgery.

The public has been seeing him use an assistant to move himself around, with the rocker even getting help from his wife, Sharon, to get into a wheelchair. He also uses a cane from time to time to support himself.

Previously, Osbourne disclosed that his worsening mobility issues were caused by the pain he had been feeling on his back.

"My lower back is, I'm going for an epidural soon because what's happening, what they've discovered is the neck has been fixed, below the neck there's two vertebrae where the bike hit me and disintegrated, there's nothing left of 'em," he explained in their family's podcast.

The former Black Sabbath member reportedly sustained the injury in 2019 after falling flat on the ground before going to bed, leading him to temporarily quit touring.

Ozzy Osbourne Cannot Tour Anymore?

Osbourne has been keeping his head and hopes high so he can return to touring soon. But his and Sharon's son, Jack, does not think it would happen.

"I don't think he'll tour again," he told The Messenger. "But he's gunning to do one-off shows - like festivals, gigs, things like that. He's not done yet."

Osbourne previously revealed that the fourth procedure would determine whether it would be safe for him to return to the stage.

"I'm getting myself fit. I've done two albums fairly recently [2020's Ordinary Man and 2022's Patient Number 9] but I want to do one more album and then go back on the road," he said.

Amid his health setbacks, Osbourne also dealt with rumors that he was dying. He told his critics to "f--- off" since he was far from his deathbed.
