Tiffanique Webb has filed a lawsuit of $25,000 against Tyrese Gibson in the Superior Court of California.

According to The Blast's review of documents, Webb contends that the entertainer caused "excessive alterations" to her Airbnb during his brief stay at the residence.

In his testimony before the court, the lawyer for the plaintiff, Webb, stated that when a California resident left her property after renting it via Airbnb, she had incurred damage beyond what was in the social security deposit. This resulted in her suffering losses, such as a diminished capacity to generate income and an inability to rent out that property due to its condition.

Another Lawsuit

It was recently reported that actor Tyrese Darnell Gibson shall face a $10,000,000 lawsuit from filmmaker Bryan Barber.

In an official court document, it was stated by the barber that Gibson had allegedly uttered false and damaging statements about him on "The Breakfast Club" talk show airing on September 7.

These comments were connected to a prior exchange between Charlamagne Tha, God of the radio station, and the barber from 2019.

In a court hearing, it was revealed that the actor-rapper had violated an agreement he had made with the barber amid a job.

Additionally, Tyrese filed a $1 million lawsuit against the retailer in West Hills, CA, for racial profiling and discrimination on February 11.

Tyrese vs. Home Depot

On September 28, TMZ reported on documents to the court submitted by Home Depot in response to Tyrese's lawsuit. These records showed that security footage did not back up several representations made by Tyrese in his original complaint.

In addition, Home Depot accused Tyrese of making false and misleading allegations in his suit against them.

Tyrese, clad in his suit, claimed he and the two construction workers he had hired had their civil rights infringed upon when an incident occurred at a store.

Reportedly, this arose due to a disagreement over whether or not he needed to be present to process payment.

When asked for comment, Home Depot counteracted by saying that the famed singer had gone into their establishment and taken numerous items to the cashier's desk, where each was scanned in.

The company stated in legal documents that after approximately 25 minutes of further shopping, the cashier voided the items presented by Tyrese to let him continue in his absence. Contrary to his complaint that a computer glitch caused the delay in paying for the goods, they said it was misleading.

As he waited for his items to be rung up at the establishment, Tyrese noticed that some fans were beginning to recognize him, so he decided to step out and wait inside his parked car.
