Brooks and Yearwood have been married since 2005, with the former divorcing Sandy Mahl in 2001 after 16 years of marriage.

Raving about her cooking skills this coming Thanksgiving, Brooks said that he's more than thankful for being married to "one of the greatest cooks on the planet." Notably, Yearwood has published four different cookbooks already, titled "Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen," "Home Cooking with Trisha Yearwood," "Trisha's Table," and "Trisha's Kitchen."

Talking about his future, the 61-year-old legend says he's "just grateful" for every day that is added to his life.

"So I think that's it," he added as he started to get emotional. "What I'd love to say is the day I take my last breath on this planet, I'd love for my three girls to be around me and I'd love for the queen to be around me."

Brooks feels that his love for Yearwood transcends time and even death.

"But as far as Miss Yearwood ... you know, I've said this before, I found her in the past life, I'll find her in the next," he gushed.

Brooks shares three children with Yearwood - Taylor, August, and Allie.

Kelly Clarkson Gets Emotional From Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood Relationship

In return, the rather empathetic host, Kelly Clarkson was also teary-eyed on Brooks' words to his wife.

"It is amazing though. It's such a beautiful love between the two of you, it is," Clarkson told Brooks. "And you're tearing up and you're making me tear up, and my makeup artist is gonna kill me ... "

Flat-out denying that he's teary-eyed, Clarkson continued to tease Brooks getting emotional all of a sudden.
