Kanye West, Diddy and Rick Ross are accused of stealing an Atlanta rapper's song.

According to TMZ, Chinga Chang Records claims French Montana's "Gucci Mane," which West helped produce, initially belonged to 9gotti before the rappers swiped it.

The record label sent a cease and desist letter and it's a real head scratcher. In the letter, the label says he ripoff may have been a "drunken oversight."

They threw shade at Diddy calling him a music thief and says Rick Ross should know better because he's an ex-correctional officer. Go figure.

According to the suit, 9gotti's song and French's are identical and they are attempting to stop French's version from being released. The song is slated to be French's next single.

Interestingly, HotNewHipHop points out that French Montana wasn't listed in the lawsuit.

Last week, Kendrick Lamar faced a similar situation as he is now being sued by two musicians, Eric Reed and Willie Jones, who claim the Compton rapper ripped off their music for his essential 2011 track "Rigamortis."

According to their report, Reed and Jones composed a song called "The Thorn" back in 2010, which features the same "infectious rhythm and commanding horns" heard on Lamar's cut.

They claim Lamar sampled the song as background music on the Section.80 track and simply added his own lyrics. They maintain that "'The Thorn' isn't merely part of 'Rigamortis' ...IT IS 'Rigamortis.'"

Reeds and Jones received no credit on the song and are now suing for at least $1 million as well as all profits from and rights to the song.
