Cher's impact in the music and entertainment industry has translated into the dozens of pop stars today. Her influence in performing, visual arts, and even in fashion has continued to influence today's artists.

But besides this, Cher's colorful life has kept many entertained and inspired - which is why having her highly-awaited memoir would be very much a treat for all her fans!

Cher Memoir Update

Speaking to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Cher revealed that she's working on her memoir already after being stalled multiple times. (via People Magazine)

"I just totally chickened out," she confessed "I didn't put in some things that needed to be put in. And they're not comfortable, but they need to be put in so I have to go back and man up."

To date, Cher revealed that even the title is still in the process of conceptualization. She then teased everyone that just like her song, "Believe," her book should also do the same thing.

"I've lived too long and done too much and so it's like it should be the encyclopedia," Cher joked. "Not that you guys know what that is."

Cher Christmas Album

Last October 2023, Cher released her very first Christmas album - a project she has since publicly admitted to be a challenge for her. But thanks to the help of other artists, she managed to release one.

She even got the help of music icons Stevie Wonder and Darlene Love.

"Because I couldn't, this sounds so stupid, because I couldn't find myself, I couldn't see myself in a Christmas album," she explained to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Cher was "terrified" when she had to call Stevie Wonder to work on the said track.

Successfully, "Christmas" debuted at No. 32 on the Billboard 200 chart and topped the Top Holiday Albums Chart with 21,000 album-equivalent units. 20,000 of those are physical album sales.

Speaking to Good Morning Britain about the project, Cher had this to say:

"It's a Cher Christmas album. It's not your mother's Christmas album," the singer said. "I'm really, really excited because there's millions of people on it, and I've never had duets. I've never had people on any of my records" Cher told the hosts, adding that the collaborations were a "last-minute thing."
