"I hold the time we shared, dear. I've been thinking about him a lot, every day."

The former Disney channel star added, "It can be incredibly lonely, being an actor and being in the spotlight. It definitely can be isolating."

He further stressed the importance of seeking out friendships that encourage open communication and sharing personal experiences.
