Over the past years, when fans think of Sam Asghari, one of the first things that would come up in their mind aside from being Britney Spears' partner is his body as he is a fitness enthusiast and people commend him for his muscular physical appearance.
However, in a recent appearance, people noticed that the actor looked completely different and almost unrecognizable as he lost a lot of weight.
Asghari recently spoke with Page Six, saying he had a "little transformation" over the past five months and he lost over "35 to 40 pounds."

In photos obtained by the outlet, the actor now looks thinner compared to his bulky appearance in the past.
"Sometimes when you are in a situation that you don't get to necessarily focus on yourself, it could be challenging for you to notice [your physique changes] but everybody else does," he explained.
Regarding what he did recently after he filed for divorce from the pop star back in August, Asghari noted that he went through a "spiritual" and "energy" shift and he had more time to focus on himself.

Elsewhere in the conversation, the actor clarified that his body transformation isn't necessarily "a revenge body," but rather a "self-love sort of thing."
He further noted that self-love is something that everyone should practice because there are times when people get too focused on themselves.
Sam Asghari is the latest celebrity who teamed up with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) for a campaign and he showed off his body in the photoshoot with a cute puppy.

Regarding his romantic life, it appears that the actor won't go out into the dating scene anytime soon as he's currently focusing on work.
"I definitely won't be joining any dating apps any time soon. That's for sure," he clarified.

The recent body transformation comes after Asghari filed for divorce in August citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason why the marriage didn't work out.
In a statement published on social media, Asghari said he and his wife decided to end their journey together after six years.
The couple got married in 2022 and their marriage only lasted for one year and two months.
