Chris Young is currently making headlines after he was arrested earlier this week and was charged with three demeanors. More recently, a video footage from the day he was apprehended by authorities was released which shows that a completely different story was given in the affidavit; what truly happened?
A security footage from the alleged incident was obtained by NewsChannel 5 and was shared on reporter Nick Beres' official Facebook account.
In the clip, Young could be seen wearing casual clothing consisting of jeans, a leather jacket, and a black hat, as he waited in line with other people when agents walked past them to leave the Dawg House bar.
In the affidavit submitted to the authorities, the country musician allegedly "struck" one of the officers on the shoulder, but the video appeared to show that he only reached out to one of the agents.
Later on, Young was shoved and knoed on the floor. He later stood up, put his ands up, and slowly left the agents.
The country musician, who's set to go on tour later this year, was later arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assaulting an officer, and resisting arrest.
Chris Young's Lawyer Speaks Out
Chris Young's lawyer, Bill Ramsey, issued a statement about the newly-obtained video to Billboard and he said that his client shouldn't have been arrested and chared in the first place.
"In light of the video evidence, Tennessee ABC needs to drop the charges and apologize for the physical, emotional and professional harm done towards my client," he added.

As of this writing, the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission has yet to issue a statement regarding the matter.
What Happened to Chris Young?
The Tennessean previously reported that the arrest affidavit regarding the incident indicated that on Monday evening, at 8:30 p.m., agents from ABC enter a bar called the Tin Roof in Nashville to conduct a compliance check.
They later asked the singer for his ID. Young allegedly approached the agents and began filming them and asked question.
They also claimed that Young followed them to the Dawg House and he allegedly "struck" an agent on the shoulder.
As of this writing, Chris Young has yet to address the issue online. It's also unclear if this case will affect his upcoming tour which will kick off in April.
