The fight resulted in the shooting death of one man. An array of hip-hop talent was in the club, including Wiz Khalifa, Schoolboy Q, DJ Paul and Snoop Dogg.
  • Grammys '15: T.I. Predicts Iggy Azalea Will Win Best Rap Album

T.I. is no stranger to Grammy glory. The rapper took home the 2006 Best Rap Solo Performance for "What You Know" in addition to Best Rap/Sung Collaboration with Justin Timberlake for "My Love." He was also part of the big group win in 2008 for "Swagga Like Us." This year, T.I. is predicting that his girl, Iggy Azalea, will take home the award for Best Rap Album because of the commercial success she has had thanks to the effort. Overall, though, the Atlanta rapper thinks there needs to be some changes so the hip-hop community is represented properly.

After weeks of speculation on who would takeover drumming duties for Phil Rudd of AC/DC, Chris Slade has confirmed that he will join the band for its Grammy performance and Rock or Bust tour. Slade, who played with the band for a stretch in the 1990s, shared the news via Facebook. The band has yet to comment and there's no official word if Slade will be the permanent replacement. Rudd has a court date scheduled for April to deal with some legal issues, but he has stated that he wants his job back.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Pop Vocal Album, Who Should Win & Will: Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran Attempt to Beat Out Sam Smith's 'In The Lonely Hour'

Though the Grammys are all about every genre, if we're being real, it's all about the pop music. So, when it comes to the pop music categories, the stakes are high. For Best Pop Vocal Album, there are some powerhouse nominees, two of which are up for Album of the Year (Ed Sheeran's x and Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour). Add in megastars like Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Coldplay, and there's a category that's too close to call.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Compilation Soundtrack Nominees, Who Should & Will Win: Frozen Takes On Guardians of the Galaxy, American Hustle & More

Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy became the highest-grossing superhero film of 2014. That in itself is impressive, but to think that a superhero film would also have an incredible soundtrack? That's not something you see every day. Superhero films are rarely known for their soundtracks -- scores, perhaps, but not soundtracks -- and lot of the film's success came from the fact that it has killer music.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Dance/Electronic Album, Who Should & Will Win: Aphex Twin Completes Comeback

Entering its 11th year, the Best Dance/Electronic Album category has an interesting group of nominees. Past winners have included everyone from Madonna to Daft Punk -- Bassment Jaxx to Skrillex and this year provides a varied group of five newcomers, veterans and comeback kings. It appears to be a two-horse race, but when it comes to the Grammys selecting a genre they aren't very familiar with, you never know for certain what they might do.
  • Grammys 2015 Best Country Duo/Group Performance, Who Should & Will Win

Bringing in featured talent for a country tune has increased in popularity over the past few years. This year's nominees in the Best Country Duo/Group Performance category are split between solid solo acts calling in their buddies and groups that conquered the charts with no assistance. Keith Urban and Eric Church collaborated on "Raise 'Em Up" while Tim McGraw brought in his wife, Faith Hill, for "Meanwhile Back at Mama's." Then there's the power duo of Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood on "Somethin' Bad." But the two big contenders here are Little Big Town and The Band Perry.
  • Taylor Swift Tops Album Sales Charts as Ne-Yo, Charlie Wilson and the Bethel Music Group Debut in Top 10

This week's Billboard 200 didn't reflect much in terms of new music but the Albums Chart has better news, introducing two new debut discs. Taylor Swift and 1989 are at the top again however, selling 71,000 copies. As we mentioned yesterday, that makes her only the second female performer to top the chart for at least 10 weeks with two different albums (the other being Whitney Houston). Also interesting: This week's stop at the top marks the first time since Lecrae's Anomaly during September that an album went to no. 1 with less than 100,000 in sales.
