For the third year in a row, music site Songkick has compiled a list of the "19 hardest working bands" in show business. The list takes two factors into consideration: the performers' total number of shows played, combined with the total distance travelled to play those shows. This year's winner was Local Natives: The rock band played a total of 188 shows (more than any other act on the list), while traveling around 192,486 km. -

Kings of Leon's Mechanical Bull Tour hasn't even kicked off yet and the Southern rockers are already adding on new tour dates. Yesterday (Dec. 9), the "Supersoaker" band announced it would extend its North American 2014 tour into the spring. -

Local Natives have extended their tour in support of their latest album Hummingbird, which dropped in January 2013. Adding on another leg of North American tour dates for early 2014, part of the stretch includes a stint opening for Kings of Leon as well as a headlining tour of their own.
