December marks the unfortunate anniversary of the death of Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell. The legendary axeman, aka Darrell Abbott, was shot onstage in 2004 while performing with Damageplan. It was a huge loss for the metal community and fans of his work, which lives on even though he is gone. Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash shared a few memories with Loudwire recently about the slain guitarist, who died Dec. 8. -
9-Month-Old Baby Drums Along to Pantera Song on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!,' Impressing Vinnie Paul [WATCH]
Former Pantera and current HELLYEAH drummer Vinnie Paul better be careful because there is a new drumming legend around. His name is Wyatt, he is 9 months old and he really kills it on a drum kit — with the help of his dad. A video of Wyatt playing along to Pantera's 1994 song "5 Minutes Alone" has gone viral, and Jimmy Kimmel liked what he saw, so he invited the young beatkeeper to perform on his show. "Are you worried about all the headbanging while he still has a soft spot?" Kimmel asks Wyatt's mom after the performance. "I make Papa take it easy on him," she replies. -

It turns out that Shelton isn't alone in borrowing (or nearly borrowing) song titles from metal bands. We gathered a short list below, ranked from least similar in subject matter to most similar in subject matter. -
