Amid reports that rapper Lil Kim was involved in a bit of personal drama involving her one-year-old daughter Royalty Reign and ex beau rapper Mr. Papers, it appears that the former couple have now made amends. Yesterday (Aug. 12), after the two were engaged in a highly public custody battle involving their young daughter, Papers took to social media to make a public apology to the mother of his child which, Kim acknowledged in turn.

According to Mediatakeout, now that the two have patched up their differences we could very well see the former couple on the upcoming season of Love & Hip Hop New York.

Sources now suggests that the "Lady Marmalade" rapper and Papers might just be the newest cast members to join the hit Love & Hip Hop franchise. This comes on the heels of fellow rapper Remy Ma and hubby Papoose joining the ranks.

This could definitely make for interesting storyline, being that the two femcees in past had a well-documented beef. Since Ma's release from prison, the two have been able to bury the hatchet and put aside their differences. The official announcement of whether Kim and family will be joining the reality show has yet to be made.

Prior to Kim and Papers making nice for the sake of their toddler, back in July Papers appeared before a family court judge to petition for visitation rights to see his young daughter.

According to court documents, he hadn't been allowed to see his daughter in months due to his severed ties with Kim. However, Kim countered the claim and instead of appearing before the judge, she filed a domestic violence lawsuit against her former boyfriend. Kim made claims that Papers was physically abusive towards during her pregnancy, which was the primary reason for not allowing him visitation rights.
