In the previous episode before “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” Episode 26, Boruto and the rest of his class from Hidden Leaf Village went to the Hidden Mist Village on a field trip and to observe their training routines. They were greeted by Kagura who was tasked to supervise and guide them during their stay within the village reports IGN. He also helped the students to adjust to the mist of the village so that they would not get dizzy easily.

Kagura is about the same age as the students and wants to promote a peaceful existence among the people. He appears to have good intentions which is the reason why the girls in Boruto’s class have a crush on the ninja.

There are speculations, however, that Kagura is not the good guy he wants others to believe. He is said to be an extremist who wants to bring back the bloody past of Hidden Mist Village.

Who will emerge as the winner in the duel between Kagura and Boruto that Chojuro proposed? Find out in “Boruto: Naruto Next Generations” Episode 26 on September 27 with simulcast streaming from Crunchyroll and Hulu.
