• Kelly Ripa Could Care Less if Her Teen Daughter Lola Consuelos Hates Her Parenting Style

So many times celebrities's children seem to be handed everything, and that leaves them fairly out of touch with the real world. Being born into privilege is not necessarily a good thing, and in spite of raking in millions Kelly Ripa is determined to raise her kids in a way that is similar to her own upbringing. While sitting for an interview with Wendy Williams this week, Ripa talked about how she believes that if her 13-year old daughter Lola does not like her, then she is probably doing something right.Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos, have a rule about study time that includes no phone being nearby. Lola recently broke this rule and as a result lost not only her phone, but her computer as well.Of her parenting style, Ripa explained, according to "Mail Online":"We are like very fair parents and we will give you certain freedoms. When you want privacy in a not-private world — like, you can't have privacy and be on Instagram. I'm sorry, that's not how it works. Privacy is for if you want to write a letter or write in your journal, I'm not going to read that. But if you want to tweet about what a pain in the butt your mom is, I'm gonna see that. No, I don't think she likes me, but I don't care. I'm like, 'I'm not your friend, I'm your mom. I'm not your friend.'"

  • Robert Plant Reportedly Ripped Up an $800 Million Led Zeppelin Reunion Contract

Pretty much everyone wants Led Zeppelin to reunite except Robert Plant. Even the financial power of Virgin billionaire Richard Branson could not get the legendary band to perform together.According to "The Mirror," the frontman ripped up a reunion contract promising $800 million for a reunion tour in front of a room full of promoters. The deal included an evenly distributed revenue split for Plant, guitarist Jimmy Page and bassist John Paul Jones. Jason Bonham, who would have filled in for his father and original Led Zep drummer John, would have been a salaried player. The rest of the band had signed the contract by the time it got to Plant and his team."Jimmy, John and Jason signed up immediately," a source close to the band told the newspaper. "It was a no-brainer for them but Robert asked for 48 hours to think about it. When he said no and ripped up the paperwork he had been given, there was an enormous sense of shock."
  • Knife Party's Album 'Abandon Ship' Leaks 3 Weeks Early on iTunes [LISTEN]

There is one last twist in the long and arduous journey for Knife Party's long-anticipated and delayed album "Abandon Ship." Just when it seemed like the album when all set and ready to go with a special marketing plan in place, the album sprung a leak and was put on iTunes three weeks early, causing it to shoot instantly all the way up to No. 3 on iTunes's overall album charts in the United States, No. 2 in Australia and No. 4 in the U.K., according to Mixmag.Often times artists purposefully "leak" songs as a way of building hype for an album for another project, but this appears to be an accident that went well for Knife Party and Big Beat/Atlantic.The album was scheduled for release Nov. 24, the same day as David Guetta's sixth artist album "Listen." A full slate of promos was set up over the next few weeks, including an album premiere on Thump and then a special album feature and interview with Zane Lowe on BBC Radio One. With the album out now, three weeks early, it does not seem like pre-album marketing is necessary anymore.
  • Los Angeles DJ Vick One Calls Out Logic for "Overrated" 'Under Pressure'...But His Own Logic is Downright Offensive

We read a headline from HipHopDx reporting that a DJ had come straight with rapper Logic during his interview, telling the emcee that recent release Under Pressure was "overrated." • Kanye West's Yeezy 3 Potentially Set for Winter Release, Rumored Picture of Sneakers Leaks

Hold up, everyone — there may be some new information on the release of Kanye West's upcoming sneaker line Yeezy 3. He announced recently at a show in Australia that the highly anticipated shoes were going to be released this month, but new information has come to light that may change that assumption.A new photo posted online that was supposedly taken at Adidas headquarters shows an empty glass case where the sneakers will presumably go and the release date of "Winter 2014," according to "Vibe." That is an added wrinkle to the November release date.Could November be constituted as the winter? Either way, the authenticity of this photo has not been verified, so we have to take it with a grain of salt and assume the sneakers will be coming soon, whether it is in November or December. What the photo does supposedly confirm is that the shoes will be released this year.
