Do you share similar features with Dolly Parton or loves to dress up as the country superstar on special occasions? You might be the one she's looking for as the singer is currently scouting look-alikes for a big project in the near future.
The legendary singer spoke with People Magazine in an interview to reveal that she's currently working on a Broadway musical that will revolve around her life.
"That's been a biggie [goal] in my mind for many, many years... That'd be the one I want to make certain I get done while I'm still kicking, while I'm around to stay involved in it," she said.

Parton will be heavily-involved with the creation of the musical as she will be one of the people in charge of the creative decisions, especially when it comes to casting actors who will star on her shopw.
Dolly Parton Opens 'Finding Dolly' Contest
Dolly Parton also opened up that she might start an audition process called "Finding Dolly" to find the actors who will portray the roles of "little Dolly," "earlier years Dolly," and "an older Dolly."
"We're going to be auditioning them and trying to find them through different means. I think that'll be fun for people, too," she said.

Parton added, "You never know where you're going to find them. They may never have been on stage before, or maybe in some local theater somewhere, but we're going to look for them and that's going to be part of the fun, I think." (via Taste of Country)
Dolly Parton Broadway Musical
The musician first spoke about the project in 2016 as she mentioned that the project will be inspired by her childhood.
At the time, she revealed that the first act will revolve around her early days before she looked for fame in Nashville, and the second act will be about her life in Nashville and beyond.
In 2023, she spoke with USA Today to share the possible first set of dates of the musical, saying, "So I'm hoping to have my show [there] in spring of 2025. That's my aim!"
As of this writing, Dolly Parton has yet to reveal more information about the project. She also hasn't released any details regarding the look-alike contest.
