Travis and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, beat the Baltimore Ravens during the Sunday game and secured a slot in the upcoming Super Bowl. His family - Donna, Ed and Jason - and his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, watched his game and fully supported him and celebrated when the team won the match.
After their PDA-filled celebration at the M&T Bank Stadium's field, the tight end gushed about Swift and their love story.
Travis Kelce Calls Love Story With Taylor Swift a "Beautiful Thing"
On Wednesday, January 31, Travis appeared on the episode of "The Pat McAfee Show" where the host asked him about being a phenomenal at football that makes "everybody come back."
"It's a beautiful thing isn't it," he said. "I love it when Taylor comes and supports me, enjoys the game with family and friends. It's been nothing but just a wonderful year."
Swift has been present at 12 of the Kansas City Chiefs games since they started dating despite her busy schedule.
On the other hand, their story has also been targeted by haters.
In the interview, Travis delivered a message to everyone who did not approve of their relationship.
"Hopefully everybody realizes that we're just two people in a relationship supporting each other and having fun with it. It's nothing more than that," he said. "However much the world wants to paint the picture and make us the enemy. We just have fun with it and we enjoy every single bit of it."
The athlete also noted how the "Anti-Hero" singer has dealt with hate forever, but they reportedly did not let it affect them as it was "nothing to even talk about and bring up."
