The Cyrus family feud is one of the biggest and perhaps one of the most controversial celebrity family feuds in Hollywood.
An insider now claims that Billy Ray Cyrus reached out to his daughter Miley Cyrus to reconnect and make amends.
Billy Ray Cyrus, Miley Cyrus Feud Explained
An Us Weekly insider divulged that Billy Ray Cyrus 'tried reaching out' to his daughter Miley Cyrus and even "congratulated" her on taking home two Grammy Awards.
The olive branch that Billy Ray is offering came on the heels of the Cyrus siblings taking sides on which parent they would like to support after the divorce.
Notably, Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce in 2022, ending their 29 years of marriage. Shortly after their divorces, Tish tied the knot with "Breaking Bad" star Dominic Purcell last August 2023.
Miley Cyrus sided with Tish as she was present at her mother's wedding ceremonies, along with her older siblings, Trace and Brandi Cyrus.
"Miley and Billy Ray are on the outs," the insider went on to say. "Miley's very close with her mom and is standing by her."
Noah, on the other hand, has chosen Billy Ray, as the two have always been close. With Noah choosing Billy Ray, this caused a rift between Noah and Miley. Braison also chose to side with Billy Ray.
Two months after Tish married Purcell, Billy Ray married Firerose, who is 27 years younger than him.
"The family dynamics haven't been the same since the divorce, and now that Tish and Billy Ray are with other people, there's even more division among them all," another source revealed, saying that both Noah and Briason were invited to Tish's wedding but they opted not to go.
"It's no secret neither of them approves of Dominic, and that's created tension with their mom," the source furthered.

Miley Cyrus Dissed Billy Ray Cyrus At The Grammys?
The Cyrus family feud and tension were seemingly felt at Miley's acceptance speech for Record of the Year.
In her speech, she seemingly left out any mentions of her father and other siblings, except Tish, her mother, Brandi, and her boyfriend.
"Miley hasn't gotten over the disrespect she feels Billy Ray showed Tish and the family," another Us Weekly source confirmed.
