Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently involved in a $30 million lawsuit, and there is speculation that his prominent rival may have some connection to the situation.

Daphne Joy, who is known as the ex-girlfriend and mother of 50 Cent's child, has also been drawn into the legal proceedings.

Court records acquired by Us Weekly indicate that the lawsuit alleges the OnlyFans personality was a participant in the alleged sex trafficking activities associated with Diddy.

Reports claimed that he boasted about providing regular payment to three women for their involvement in sex work. Despite the allegation, Daphne, 37, has not made any public statements.

Daphne was romantically involved with 50 Cent for a year, starting in 2011. In September 2012, they became parents to a son named Sire.

Diddy Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Accusations against Sean "Diddy" Combs surfaced in February when Lil Rod filed a lawsuit, claiming that Combs sexually assaulted, drugged and threated him during their collaboration on his most recent album from September 2022 to November 2023.

Lil Rod disclosed that he was compelled to engage sex workers and engage in sexual activities in the presence of the musician. Furthermore, he expressed his belief that he may have been drugged and sexually assaulted at a gathering in February 2023.

The "I'll Be Missing You Rapper" and his associates vehemently refuted all of the producer's claims, with his lawyer, Shawn Holley, asserting to Page Six that "Lil Rod is simply a dishonest individual" pursuing financial gain.

The lawyer said, "His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines."

"We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies." "Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones' attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls."

"We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them."

Legal Trouble Mounts for Diddy

In a series of legal actions against the famous "I Need A Girl" singer, he is also facing intense scrutiny.

Accusations include multiple incidents of sexual assault, such as gang rape and sex trafficking of a minor, drugging and raping a college student back in 1991, and more.

Adding to the legal woes, in November 2023, Diddy settled a case involving rape and abuse allegations brought forth by his long-time partner, Cassie.

Most recently, law enforcement officials from Homeland Security conducted raids on the musician's properties in Los Angeles and Miami, potentially linked to an ongoing investigation into sex trafficking activities.
