Just hours after the hot release of their duet off the superstar's album Cowboy Carter, Miley Cyrus gave a moving tribute to Beyonce.

For track 16, "II MOST WANTED," which has love lyrics about a long-term commitment in a relationship, the 32-time Grammy winner, 42, enlisted Miley, 31.

The "Flowers" singer thanks everyone, apart from Beyonce, who have had a hand in making this collab possible.

Miley Cyrus Says "Thank You" to Beyonce

They begin the song with, "Know we're jumpin' the gun, but we're both still young/ One day, we won't be/ Didn't know what I want 'til I saw your face/ Say goodbye to the old me."

In the chorus, they sing, "I'll be your shotgun rider 'til the day I die/ Smoke out the window flyin' down the 405/ I'll be your backseat baby, drivin' you crazy/ Anytime you like."

With just 12 hours after the song's release, Miley used social media to express her love and gratitude to Beyonce for the collaboration.

While a big star herself, who now has a Grammy under her belt, she sounds so grateful and so humble, the message is truly endearing.

She wrote, "I've loved Beyonce since long before I had the opportunity to meet & work with her. My admiration runs so much deeper now that I've created along side of her. Thank you Beyonce. You're everything & more. Love you. To everyone who spent time making this song so special thank you from the bottom of my heart. 'Sincerely , Miley."

Fans Love "II Most Wanted"

Elle magazine claims that the song's message is quite endearing. It sounds as though they were each singing songs of love for their particular someone special. It's unclear if this was truly their intention, but fans certainly think so.

Beyoncé and 54-year-old hip-hop mogul Jay-Z were wed in 2008. Together, they have three children: 12-year-old daughter Blue Ivy and 6-year-old twins Sir and Rumi. On the other hand, since 2021, Miley has been romantically involved with 25-year-old drummer Maxx Morando.

Fans embraced the song fully. They were full of praise for the collab, claiming it'sa powerful collab that they never thought they needed but now that it has dropped, it was everything they could have expected and more.  Many also said it was a powerful glow-up for the both of them!
